If you receive an error that there was a problem changing your Instinct's language, try the steps below:
1. Press the "Action" button 6 or say "Alexa." If Alexa responds, “I’m sorry, I have lost connection” there is a temporary problem connecting to Amazon. Please wait for a few minutes and try again.
2. Check your internet and Wi-Fi® connections.
If the previous steps do not resolve the issue, try rebooting your Instinct using these steps:
1. From the lower right corner, gently pull the Action button 6 out 1/4".
2. Then, press Action button 6 back in.
3. The LED will spin blue for several moments while Instinct starts up.
4. Press the "Action" button 6 or say "Alexa." If Alexa responds, “I’m sorry, I have lost connection” there is a temporary problem connecting to Amazon. Please wait for a few minutes and try again.
5. If Alexa responds and does have a connection to Amazon, then try changing Instinct's language again through the app.
